This ambitious, large-scale project, located on the ring, one of the city’s major thoroughfares, is a challenge in and of itself—a city within a city. The construction block has four high-rise buildings that must operate in perfect harmony with one another and the city.

Each of the four 16-floor towers has a unique façade that identifies them as the continuity tower, the quadratic tower, the vertical tower, and the interlacing tower.

In addition to housing, all four of them also serve as vertical recreation spaces and commercial spaces. The towers’ many facades serve to set them apart from one another. The interwoven glass shell unites them and enables them to function as a single, intricate living organism.

Office and retail spaces are located on the first floors.
