If the word “linear” were represented by a building, this would be it. The villa is characterized by straight, minimal lines and large, elegant glass windows that span across multiple floors, almost recreating the typical Italian Rationalism. We added vertical railings—which also serve as shades—to break up the monotony of the repetition.

The façade’s elements are in neutral tones of nude because the customer stressed the importance of simplicity.  It also gives the project a lot more warmth overall. The settings of the mullions on the windows on the first floor are influenced by Mondrian and crate a unique design.
