This project arises from the nostalgia of the holiday homes in Albania of the 1960s. The perfectly choreographed dance between architecture and nature was created thanks to a minimalist approach that intertwines multiple elements in absolute harmony.

The structures make an effort to utilize the all-available features offered by the local materials and use them to create aesthetics—an elegant fusion between the wooden panels, the stone, and the glass curtain walls.

Each unit can face the sea thanks to the linear floor plans, where the rooms are placed side by side.

Solar panels on the roof supply enough energy to meet the facilities’ daily needs while ensuring minimal environmental impact and assisting the building to be as independent from pricey resources as possible.
